For most outdoor lanterns, if you remove the roof of the lantern (top lid), there should be a Hanover Lantern sticker on the inside that identifies the model number.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request photos of the damage and packaging in order to process a replacement or claim with the carrier or manufacturer.
